The following privacy policy (the “Policy”’) of Petra Ltd. Or any affiliates (“Group Petra”) aims to describe how Group Petra uses, stocks and disclose your personal information.

Group Petra acts reasonably when collecting and using such data and only collects personal information that is useful and necessary for its activities.

No personal information from children of less than 14 years of age is deliberately and knowingly collected, used nor communicated by Group Petra without the prior consent of a parent. Should we be notified that we have collected personal information from a child of less than 14 years of age or the legal age in the country where resides said child, we shall delete any such information.

The present Policy may be modified from time to time, to Group Petra’s sole discretion. The modifications shall be effective as soon as they appear on our website, without any notice to be given to users. The simple fact that a user continues to use our website following the modifications will constitute its acknowledgement of the modified Policy and its agreement to abide and be bound by said modified Policy.
