    The following privacy policy (the “Policy”’) of Petra Ltd. Or any affiliates (“Group Petra”) aims to describe how Group Petra uses, stocks and disclose your personal information.

      The Policy generally applies to any person providing personal information to Group Petra. However, this Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be accessed by clicking on links displayed on the Group Petra website.

      By communicating with us, by doing business with us, by visiting our website or our social medias or by providing us with your personal information, in any way, you consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personal information, in accordance with this Policy.

    The term “personal information” when used in this Policy means all information given or collected that can be used to identify a person, such as, but not limited to, name, contact information, IP address, navigation, etc. (the “personal information”).

    When you browse our website, when you consult our social media platforms, when you communicate with us and when you interact with us, whether in person or through electronic means, we may collect the following information:

      Certain personal information about you are voluntarily transmitted to us by forms and interactions between you and our website or social media platforms, as well as through on-site visits of our spaces or while using our services. Such collected personal information includes, namely: your name, e-mail address, phone number as well as any other information which you may provide us from time to time.

    • 3.2. Electronic/technical information

      Certain information may be collected through log files and cookies: the browser and/or technological device and their versions utilized by the user, the IP address of the technological device, the previously consulted page as well as the date the user has consulted our website.

      • The information thus consulted enables us to, mainly, establish general statistics including, without limitation, the number of visits on our website, the duration of visits and the pages consulted and viewed on our websites and/or our social media platforms. You may modify the parameters of your browser to reject these log files and cookies, but certain pages may not perform as optimally thereafter.

    • 3.3. Employment Applications :

      When you submit a job application through our website and/or social media platforms, your personal information, included resume and any documents related thereto, are received directly by our Human Resources department who will evaluate your application.

    • 3.4. Third party

      We may collect your personal information in the context of a new partnership or new business relationship, from third parties, in particular in the context of background checks, credit files, criminal records or research and development purposes.

    Group Petra acts reasonably when collecting and using such data and only collects personal information that is useful and necessary for its activities.

  • 4. Use and disclosure of personal information

    The personal information collected by Group Petra is only used for the purposed listed in this Policy and for any other purpose that may have been communicated directly to you or which you have otherwise consented.

    To that effect, Group Petra reserves the right to communicate any personal information to the following:

    • (i) its advisers, agents and representatives;
    • (ii) affiliates;
    • (iii) services providers to, among other things, provide services for and on behalf of Group Petra ;
    • (iv) any business partner following your participation in a contest via our website or social media platforms;
    • (v) our insurers, in connection with our business activities; and
    • (vi) a third party wishing to acquire any rights and interests of Groupe Petra or the entities it represents in connection with a sale of a commercial property or any other commercial transaction.

    In all of the above cases, your information shall be protected under applicable privacy laws.

    Your personal information is stored and used solely during the reasonable period required for the purpose set forth herein or to respect our legal obligations.

However, considering that it is impossible to guarantee infallible security of the information collected or received through the internet or other publicly accessible telecommunications networks, you acknowledge that there are risks in transmitting personal information through electronic means.

    No personal information from children of less than 14 years of age is deliberately and knowingly collected, used nor communicated by Group Petra without the prior consent of a parent. Should we be notified that we have collected personal information from a child of less than 14 years of age or the legal age in the country where resides said child, we shall delete any such information.

    You may request to have access to the personal information we have about you, or to have certain information in your file modified, deleted or corrected, you may contact us by the following way:

The modifications shall be effective as soon as they appear on our website, without any notice to be given to users. The simple fact that a user continues to use our website following the modifications will constitute its acknowledgement of the modified Policy and its agreement to abide and be bound by said modified Policy.
